Constructive Dismissal

In general, an employer makes some significant changes to the fundamentals of the employment, such as, work location, salary, work hours, authority and position without the employee’s actual or implied consent.

Employee is coerced into accepting the new terms of employment, threaten to fire or force to quit the employment and as a result of these actions, employee resigns from his employment; This is considered constructive dismissal.
