Malpractice

Malpractice refers to negligence of a professional person in carrying out the standard of practice or standard of care to clients or patients. The professional becomes liable to the damage or injury caused by his or her failure to uphold the standard of care or standard of conduct. The professionals are required to carry the errors and omission insurance to meet such claims by their clients or patients.

For example, a doctor who performed a misdiagnose and treated the patient with wrong medication or a improper surgery is liable for the patients claim. Likewise, lawyers are also liable for any such errors in their practice causing harm to their clients. Should you feel that you have a financial claim on a party(s), do not hesitate to contact His Masters Legal Services Professional Corporation at 416-757-2525.
