Termination

The landlord may bring a notice of termination for number of reasons, one of the most common is; nonpayment of rent. There are many other circumstances for a landlord to bring notice of termination, such as misrepresentation of income, illegal activities and reasonable enjoyment.

A termination can be achieved by mutually agreeing to terminate the lease agreement. Tenants who receive this notice shall act promptly by settling the outstanding payment of rent to prevent their possible eviction.
